Fine & Performing Arts Center

Work Location:

Main Campus

Duties:

The Concessions Associate is responsible for delivering the highest caliber of customer service while serving packaged food and beverages, including alcohol, to guests during events at the Fine and Performing Arts Center. Ongoing on-call position. Hours vary per week. Evening and weekend work is required.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, etc.), Outlook email and internet
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • 2+ years of strong customer service skills
  • Motivated, self-directed; strong administrative and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to perform basic accounting tasks
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, ability to bend, and lift at least 20 lbs.
  • Must be available to work nights and weekend.
  • BASSETT certification desired
