### **Job Description:**
Soliant is seeking two dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. These full-time positions will be based in a vibrant elementary school in Indianapolis, IN. We are looking for professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of young learners and who have a strong background in providing high-quality speech and language services.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Assessment and Diagnosis:** Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments to identify students' needs.
- **IEP Development:** Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- **Therapy Services:** Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- **Progress Monitoring:** Regularly track and report on student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with educators, administrators, and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- **Compliance:** Ensure all services are in compliance with state and federal regulations.
### **Qualifications:**
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current Indiana SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
