Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Details:
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 830am-5pm
  • Pay Rate: $25-29/hr. Based on experience

Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Description: 
  • Manage accounts receivables, monitoring credit limits and overseeing collections, and credit holds
  • Reconcile transactions from credit cards and cash transactions
  • Address all inquired associated with accounts receivable
  • Monitor overdue accounts and investigate and discrepancies 
  • Collect and update all customer account and credit card information 
  • Manage vendor invoicing and inventory receiving invoicing 

Accounts Receivable Specialist Job Requirements:
  • Must have extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Prior experience in AP, AR and Bookkeeping
  • Must be present for month-end closing 
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
