Production Supervision Team Leader

As the Production Supervision Team Leader, you will be responsible for performing the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Discusses consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the manufacturing organization.

Partner with the best

As a Production Supervision Team Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversighting and managing of front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
  • Being responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering and maintenance.
  • Handling simple manufacturing processes. There are detailed guidelines for producing goods and or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.
  • Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $ 1.5 K

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED)
  • Have 2 years of experience supervising in a Manufacturing Setting.
