Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Cicero, IL. As a full-time SLP, you will work with students across a K-12 caseload, providing essential speech and language support to help them succeed academically and socially. The ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in K-12 students.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in alignment with each students needs and educational goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings, assessments, and case reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Illinois State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. CFY candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience working with K-12 populations is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
