Caseload: K-12, Mild to Moderate Cases

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Requirements:

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Golden Gate, FL. In this role, you will work with students from kindergarten through 12th grade, addressing mild to moderate speech and language disorders.

As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing individualized therapy sessions, conducting assessments, and collaborating with educators and parents to support student success.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech and language abilities.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address identified needs.
  • Providing direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in the classroom and other environments.
  • Monitoring and documenting student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Participating in IEP meetings and other school-related meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Florida state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Previous experience or interest in working with school-aged children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
