Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies.
  • Provide counseling and intervention services to support students' social and emotional well-being.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop appropriate interventions.
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and staff on issues related to mental health, behavior management, and learning disabilities.
  • Stay current on best practices in school psychology and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
  • Colorado Department of Education School Psychologist License or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations preferred.
