**Job Description:**
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Physical Therapist to join our team for a summer program in Redwood City, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students in a supportive and collaborative educational environment. The successful candidate will provide physical therapy services to help students achieve their educational goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and evaluate students' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students with a variety of physical and developmental challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to integrate physical therapy goals into students' educational programs.
- Monitor and document students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate students, families, and staff on interventions and strategies to support students' physical development and participation in school activities.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
**Qualifications:**
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current California Physical Therapist license.
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to improving the physical and educational outcomes for students.
