In this 30-35 hour per week role with the potential for full-time, you'll play a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring their clients receive top-notch service.

Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for our clients, answering phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle travel arrangements for our agents.
Process insurance payments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to maintain a smooth workflow.
Learn the insurance industry and provide basic client support under the guidance of experienced agents.
