Job Description

Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules in compliance with SEC regulations and US GAAP.Coordinate and manage the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and Form 8-K.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, investor relations, and external auditors, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Research and interpret accounting guidance and SEC regulations to ensure compliance and proper disclosure.Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including the evaluation of the impact on financial reporting.Maintain and update documentation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls related to SEC reporting.Monitor changes in accounting and reporting standards issued by the SEC and other regulatory bodies, and assess their impact on the company's financial reporting.Support ad hoc projects and initiatives related to financial reporting, as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceSeries 99 or 27Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and industry experience, with a focus on SEC reporting.Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC regulations, including experience with SEC reporting requirements for publicly traded companies.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.
