As an Facilities Management Building Systems Administrator you will:
• Be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of multiple information systems that support all physical facilities infrastructure and equipment owned by the health system.
• Oversee Facilities contract management and vendor relations at a system level.
• Be responsible for overseeing the entity relationship and technology needs of the CMMS.
• Provide training on CMMS products as required and works with others to ensure adequate and meaningful training programs for users.
• Update various system led programs and data bases for all entities to include the BAS, CMMS, ATG, EPMS, Workday.
• Measure and publish facility's PI metrics to the management team; interpret data, troubleshoot process, and make recommendations based on findings
• Develop and maintain accuracy of Work Order related data
• Add equipment to PM Plans, Schedules, and Work Packages
• Define scheduled due dates or initial meter points of system-generated WOs
• Support management in the review of WO Data accuracy such as; equipment on WOs, booked hours (Employee and Vendors), parts usage, WO type, closing codes and WO Comments
• Support Facilities with regulatory documentation process for all entities
• Develop and maintain accuracy of equipment by regularly collecting and inputting information, such as manufacturer, model, serial number, and system structure information
• Perform other duties as designed

Qualifications include:
• Associates degree in Business administration, Information Services, Computer Science or equivalent required Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• Computerized maintenance management software 3 - 5 years preferred. A combination of work experience and or education will be considered.
• Advanced, Intermediate in Microsoft Office desired

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday.
