_Requirements:_
* Board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist
* New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
* US citizens, green cards, H1B & J1 Visa candidates will be considered
_Schedule:_
* 4.5 day work week
* No weekends
* Light 1:5 on-call schedule, secondary to NP
_Practice Details:_
* You have the option to tailor your schedule:
* Clinic: 2 days per week, 8 AM-5 PM, seeing 20-25 patients per half day
* OR: 2.5 days per week, averaging 120-150 scopes monthly
_Compensation & Benefits:_
* Guaranteed base salary with a 3-year contract
* Production bonuses result in an annual earning potential of $850,000
* Full comprehensive benefits package including malpractice coverage with tail
* Retirement packages include 403(b) plan with employer match, 457(b) deferred compensation plan
* Student loan assistance offered
* 5-day CME with a $3,000 allowance
