Responsibilities

  • Conduct account reconciliations and perform account analysis
  • Handle the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
  • Handle the accounts payable and job cost process
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Utilize ADP and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate financial records
  • Post payroll correctly into ledger
  • Reconcile payroll withholdings, insurance payables and various others
  • Journal entries
  • Balance Sheet reconciliation
  • Bank statement reconciliation

Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within accounting/payroll
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Proficient in ADP is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work both independently and as a team
  • Demonstrates a solid work ethic and takes initiative
  • Manages time well and meets deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to follow directions, and established policy& procedure
  • Able to learn quickly and manage a large volume of data entry
