Key Skills

Key Responsibilities Data and Analytics ; detailed review of data , proactively presenting trends, impact and contrasts between subsequent reviews, data sets and internal Product Involvement research . Data Due Diligence, conducting detailed operational due diligence research and analysis on sustainability and ESG data. Support all aspects of research initiating the rollout and maint enance of standard operating procedures that outline controls and governance around internal research cycles consistent with index review cycles whilst upholding the highest levels of quality and consistency. Strategy/Project Management ; assist in coordinating and performing the team's index review based priorities , contributing to business strategy, growth plans and associated automation initiatives. Ongoing overhaul of Index review process in conjunction with current automation initiatives establishing a refined and robust delivery minimizing risk and enhancing quality and benefit to both internal and external customers. Key Behaviors R elevant proven experience in the global index or data management industry would be beneficial   Experience in leading operational risk reduction and quality initiatives Ability to collaborate and build sound relationships with cross functional teams Highly proficient analytical skills with proven track record to effectively multi-task   Excellent team building and communications skills Highly process driven.
