We are looking for a Full-time physician to join our DPC team of 2 physicians, 2 RN's, 2 CMA's and office manager. Full time is 4 outpatient-only clinic days and 3/1 on call. The right candidate is board certified in Family Medicine with an interest or training in Functional Medicine as well as Restorative Reproductive Medicine. We follow Catholic ERD's and this is a guiding principle of our practice. Interest in OMT is also a big plus. Our 20+ year established practice is now a membership based practice. This allows us to spend time with patients, usually not more than 10 appointments per day with 30-90 minute appointments. Average is 60 minutes. This allows us to focus on their stories and provide guidance to optimize their health as the doctor-patient relationship grows. This also allows us to use our deep family medicine training to work up problems and not just refer out. We do a fair amount of remote follow-up which allows us to serve patients who live a distance from the office. There is an opportunity to become a partner in the practice if the fit is good. This opening is for the New Jersey office, we also have a satellite in Chambersburg, PA and we share the patient base.

We provide a base salary of 90K while you build your panel (500 practice member max recommended). When your panel reaches 200, salary will increase proportionately.
