Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Kronos Architect - QEA who will be responsible for entire client Quality Engineering & Assurance organization and all the quality deliverables across the enterprise landscape.

Responsibilities:

· Lead large UKG Workforce management QA/testing team and collaborate with the implementation team.

· Review and guide team for UKG data creation for testing purpose

· Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.

· Good understanding of UKG Connect and integration with other applications.

· Creating the test data for UKG covering the functional testing, performance.

· Writing business use-cases for the UKG and its integration with 3rd party applications or data sources

· Excel as a SME in the area of Workforce Management, UKG, HCM disciplines to advise client on test management, approach and formulate test strategy.

· Review test scenarios, test cases related to integrations between UKG and 3rd party applications or data sources

Required Skills/Qualifications:

· 18+ years of overall experience and atleast 8+ years of experience in HCM/Workforce management using UKG/Kronos time tracking skills. Of which at least 6 years' experience working hands-on in UKG implementations/test architect , ideally worked on integrations with other platforms.

· Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Good experience in UKG Dimensions with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals and Attendance modules.

· Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders,

· Certified UKG Consultant, though preferred but not a must.

· Extensive functional knowledge of UKG

· Conceptual understanding, to be able to establish data models, work with API's and configurations.

· Clear communication skills to make complex technical matters simple when communicating with non-technical stakeholders and client executives

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

· Experience working in Large scale transformation projects

· Exposure to Cloud

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 to $165,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
