Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience Agile (Scrum & SAFe) Scrum Master Professional Agile Frameworks – Scrum, JIRA, Blueprint So Scrum Master Certification 5+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Skills & Experience Virtual facilitation for large groups of people. Strong analysis skills to analyze product structure, team compliance, agile transformation progress, impediment themes, end to end delivery in a complex environment. Ability to coach team level up to senior leadership level. Strong leadership skills to guide the product and to guide scrum masters supporting the product.
What You Will Be Doing Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
