Overview:

Are you passionate about sustainable energy and helping homeowners make significant upgrades to their properties? We are looking for a dedicated Home Upgrades Coordinator to join our team at Ambia Solar. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with homeowners to facilitate essential upgrades such as new roofs and Main Panel Upgrades, ensuring a seamless process that meets our customers' needs and exceeds their expectations. You will be the vital link between our clients, local authorities, utilities, and our installation teams, making it possible for homeowners to harness the power of solar energy efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    Customer Engagement:

    - Have a strong rapport with homeowners that have home upgrades with their solar installations.

    - Conduct initial consultations to understand the customer's needs and preferences.

    - Provide comprehensive information on the benefits of upgrading roofs and main panels to support solar installations.


    Coordination:

    - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the home upgrade process.

    - Coordinate and schedule site assessments, inspections, and installations with homeowners.

    - Collaborate with local authorities and utilities to ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary permits.


    Project Management:

    - Maintain detailed records of each project, including timelines and communications with customers.

    - Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

    - Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project.


    Quality Assurance:

    - Ensure that all home upgrades are performed to the highest quality standards.

    - Conduct post-installation inspections to verify the effectiveness of the upgrades.

    - Address any concerns or issues raised by the customer and take appropriate actions to rectify them.


    Education and Support:

    - Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and how home upgrades contribute to a more sustainable future.

    - Provide ongoing support and answer customer inquiries regarding their home upgrades and solar installations.


    Reporting:

    - Generate reports on the progress of home upgrade projects.

    - Provide regular updates to management on project status, customer feedback, and any potential issues.


    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

    - Prior experience in customer service, project management, or a related field.

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

    - Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes related to home upgrades and solar installations is a plus.

    - Commitment to sustainable energy and environmental conservation.

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    - Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
