Responsibilities

  • Assist upper management as needed.
  • Welcome visitors by greeting in person or on the telephone screening and forward calls, provide information, taking
  • messages, and scheduling appointments.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Department and their routine business activities.
  • Handle orders for office supplies, merchandise or materials for the office and the field.
  • Order safety stickers and record stickers that are distributed to staff.
  • Laminate signage for the field, as needed.
  • Maintain employee lunchroom with coffee, supplies and snacks daily.
  • Direct office phone calls and greet visitors accordingly.
  • Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subs during the holidays for office lunch-ins and set up as necessary.
  • Assist/Handle project supply purchasing and look for the best pricing for supplies.
  • Help with printer/ phone issues and put in tickets if there is an issue and follow up with techs.
  • Assist/Handle all outside vendor contact and communications.
