What Youâll Do:

As a staff accountant, you will have the opportunity to take ownership, drive processes and support our business needs as we strive to exceed our customerâs expectations at every step. Being a member of the healthcare team will provide a unique opportunity to build out processes and see the areas of the healthcare business from start to finish.   • Prepare general ledger entries by maintaining records and files 
  • Play a key role in the monthly accounting close; recommend improvements in process 
  • Review and analysis of financial statements, business unit P&Ls, and key metrics 
  • Prepare & review key account reconciliations 
  • Prepare year-end and quarter-end audit schedules; liaise with external auditors 
  • Assist internal audit in designing and implementing internal controls over accounting processes 
  • Provide accounting support for business units 

What Youâll Need:

  • BA/BS degree in Accounting
  • 0-1+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical accounting and financial analytical skills 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel  
  • Experience working with GL software, SQL or Tableau are a big plus 
  • CPA eligibility preferred
