Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Global Email & Nurture Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team

In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and optimisation of targeted, multi-track email marketing campaigns that engage, nurture, and accelerate conversions. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Global Demand Generation & Programs, and will require working cross-functionally within Marketing to drive and track key marketing KPIs.

Location: remote in the US Eastern time or UK&I.

Focus Areas:

Create and manage the execution of strategic email and nurture marketing programs – including email copywriting and workflow setup – to achieve campaign KPIs.Own creation of email briefs that outline objectives, audience segmentation,copy, CTAs, and desired user experience/workflow.Expertise working in Marketo, Salesforce, and 6sense.Onboard, enable, and increase adoption/usage of tech stack within the GTM team where appropriate. Work with Marketing Ops, key stakeholders, and our tech stack to create and refine dynamic audiences, at the account and persona level.Work with Marketing & Sales Ops to keep informed of our lead/account scoring and routing models, to inform nurture strategies and provide feedback. Own quality control and performance across all activities.Leverage testing/optimization (A/B, AI, etc.) to continuously increase performance and efficiency. Use data-driven critical thinking to proactively find solutions, and pivot if target metrics aren’t being met.Own internal communication around email and nurture programs and processes, including reporting on performance. Provide recommendations based on marketing and company KPIs.
Support quarterly reporting cycles across all areas of marketing attribution throughout the full sales funnel.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in marketing nurture stream creationMarketo power user: expert in Marketo program creation and smart campaignsExperience in the SaaS/tech industryGood exposure to SalesforceExperience creating/managing dynamic ABM audiencesAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets user.Knowledge of marketing principles, channels, tactics and tools.BA or BS degree (or equivalent)
