Position Purpose:

Manages the regional sales staff within designated territory. Directs campaigns to secure sales in new territories and industries, to realize full market potential of customers and to establish product line acceptance. Guides sales representatives and personally promotes and secures new major and important accounts.

The Inside Sales Manager would be required to come into the office 4 times a week (Tuesday-Friday) at our Chicago-Riverside Location. The Inside Sales Manager must live in the Chicago area. Hours would be Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM CST. 

Key Job Activities:

1) Maintains an effective SQ sales staff by selecting, training, and developing personnel.
2) Establishes sales objectives by accurately forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas for territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products by revenue stream.
3) Achieves results at the region, revenue stream, market, territory, and account levels. Achieves these results/goals by planning, counseling, coaching employees, and monitoring and appraising job results. In addition, maintains an adequate pipeline to achieve goals; accurately and consistently forecast business results.
4) Develops territory and account strategies to support and attain quota in assigned territories.
5) Focuses the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers’ current and future needs, utilizing solution-selling models.
6) Builds a customer centric orientation and drives consistent high loyalty ratings.
7) Performs other related duties as required or requested.
