The Opportunity  

This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. Weâre revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. 

As the Associate Brand Manager, Website you will help to manage and execute advertising and promotion programs and projects on website.

What Youâll Work On 

  • Define and document what good looks like for websites and ecommerce portals. Influence organic change across organization to evolve best in industry digital destinations. 

  • Champion customer centric approach for websites through close collaboration with cross channel marketing teams.

  • Collaborate on highly visible web initiatives throughout the program lifecycle - defining requirements, design, development, testing, and launch.

  • Stay in lock step with channel marketing, agency, and technology partners in agile setup. Prioritize and act promptly on requests.

  • Build, maintain and evolve a multivariate testing and innovation plan for digital destinations.

  • Drive content plan for websites with a keen eye on SEO

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques to be implemented on website/portals.

  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into web marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams that builds reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs and derive actionable insights

  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelorâs Degree (Major/Field of study - Marketing, Business, Communications or related field)  or an equivalent combination of education and work experience 
  • MBA preferred or at least three years previous marketing/sales experience. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Critical thinking and analysis of market conditions and opportunities
  • Relevant experience in building and maintaining e-commerce platforms
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and Adobe platforms.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with building and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals.
  • Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
  • Expertise in using web analytics, A/B testing, site personalization and user journeys to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a complex and collaborative environment.
  • Project planning familiarity.
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability for wide-ranging project needs.
  • Extremely thorough with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint Experience using business platforms like VEEVA, Salesforce

The base pay for this position is $95,500.00 â $190,900.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
