Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Supports the Operations functional Associate Manager and deployed workforce with commercial travel scheduling, expense reports, CAC card renewals, USG Letter of Agreements (LOA’s) and Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operations tracker (SPOT) records management.

Represents organizational unit on administrative matters.
-
Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, and/or Traffic. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.

Works under very general supervision. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.

Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals by performing tasks requiring discretion and general knowledge and ability.

Required Education and Experience

Possess excellent work ethics, verbal and written communication skills and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions.

Be able to work in an environment that is fast paced while completing multiple tasks and meeting stringent timelines, to include ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Be able to write correspondence in a military format when necessary.
-
Able to enter data into multiple databases or spreadsheets. Ensure consistency and appropriate cross-referencing for both newly entered and previously entered data. Retrieve data and use data to respond to a variety of Customer and vendor inquiries. Perform research to determine reasons for patterns of transaction errors and failures.

Able to conduct extensive searches for information pertaining to complex and/or unusual supply transactions and patterns; assemble retrieved information into different formats to meet different requirements; for example, status reports, unmet Customer needs, and other similar areas.
-
Maintain files in accordance with applicable Department of Defense (DoD) regulations.
-
Proficiently use MS Office application software to maintain data and submit reports of varying types and formats via internal management control databases, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools in a variety of program application software.

Be willing to attend and satisfactorily complete, required training associated with job responsibilities.

Crosstrain with other contracted positions to fill in during absences (specific to exempt/salaried positions).

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related master’s degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.

Reasoning Ability and Mathematical Skills
Must be able to analyze problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. An ability to interpret complex customer requirements and attitudes from verbal, non-verbal, and written communication is desirable.
