Editorial Apprentice

Overview

The Business of Fashion is seeking an Editorial Apprentice to provide production support to our newsroom in New York and contribute to our dynamic coverage of the fashion industry. This is an exciting, 12-month opportunity to join a driven editorial team that has a razor-sharp focus on delivering scoops, agenda-setting intelligence, analysis and advice for the global fashion community. 

We are seeking candidates with an analytical, meticulous but nimble approach to work, as well as a strong grasp of the fundamentals of journalism and a passion for the fashion business. In this role,  you will learn to fuse creativity with accuracy and develop an exceptional sense of professionalism and journalistic integrity. Reporting to our Retail Editor in New York, you’ll be supporting our global teams with copy editing, article production, newsletter buildout, article syndication and image research while monitoring and writing about daily news along with feature writing assignments. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to New York.
