Serves as IT Specialist and software developer supporting regional fisheries management. Primarily involves securely collecting, storing, and distributing fisheries data collected in coordination with fisheries managers and data stewards.
Actively engage with customers and stakeholders in determining new software application requirements.
Managing fisheries through electronic reporting for a variety of user interfaces, web service, Application Programming Interfaces, and script processes to securely collect, store, & distribute data, & supports application lifecycles.
The duties above are described at the full performance level of ZP-4; the ZP-3 is developmental leading to such performance.
