Position Overview: Program Manager 

Working within the Washington Commanders Executive Office entails a range of intricate responsibilities that demand a strategic and collaborative approach. Here is an extensive list of responsibilities, but not limited to:

Game Schedule Coordination:

·       Assist in overseeing and coordinating Executive Office services for both home stadium and away games.·       Ensure the smooth execution of services, considering the unique demands of each location.·       Cross-Collaboration with C-Level Executives:·       Collaborate with C-level executives (within the Commanders and other entities) to align the Executive office with broader organizational objectives.·       Foster effective communication and coordination among various departments to enhance the overall owner experience.

Event Planning and Execution:

·       Collaborate with the Administrative Officer to oversee the planning and execution of special events related to games and other team-related activities.·       Ensure that Executive Office services contribute to event success and enhance the experience for all stakeholders.·       Provide support for external events when necessary.·       Policy and Best Practice Development:·       Work closely with the Administrative Officer to develop and implement policies and best practices for the concierge department.

Ensure all services align with industry standards and contribute to a positive and consistent owner experience.

Leading by Example:

·       Set a high standard for service delivery by leading by example.·       Demonstrate commitment to excellence in interactions with owners, colleagues, and external partners.·       Ready to assist with any project, regardless of its size, with an attitude that no job is too small.

Budget Adherence:

·       Work within the allocated budget for the Executive office.·       Monitor and control expenses to meet financial objectives while delivering a high level of service.

Thought Partnership:

·       Act as a strategic thought partner with the Administrative Officer and other key stakeholders.·       Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Executive office department.·       Regularly assess the effectiveness of concierge services and identify improvement opportunities.·       Implement changes and enhancements based on feedback, industry trends, and evolving owner and organizational needs.

Key Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).·       Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager, successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.·       Strong leadership and team management skills, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve project goals.·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.·       Positive attitude, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
