Job Description:
This job is responsible for executing second line of defense compliance and operational risk oversight for a Front Line Unit, Control Function, and/or Third Parties. Key responsibilities include ensuring requirements of the Global Compliance Enterprise Policy, the Operational Risk Management Enterprise Policy (collectively "the Policies"), the Compliance and Operational Risk Management Program and Standard Operating Procedures are implemented and identifying, challenging, escalating, and mitigating risks in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

The Merchant Services Technology Compliance and Operational Risk Manager is responsible for ensuring technology solutions and processes comply with current regulations, industry standards, and internal policies related to the Bank's current and future Merchant Services offerings.

Responsibilities:
• Oversight of strategic change within Consumer Merchant Services functions, applications, user interface and processing. Second Line Oversight of Consumer Merchant Technology material projects and initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory developments, industry standards, and best practices related to merchant services technology, including but not limited to PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2, HIPAA, and other relevant regulations.
• Technology Service Second Line Engagement: Engagement in all new product and merchant services technology development.
• Compliance Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of technology solutions, processes, and third-party vendors, identifying potential compliance risks and vulnerabilities.
• Compliance Monitoring and Testing: Perform ongoing monitoring and testing of technology solutions and processes to assess compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Audit and Examination Support: Support internal and external audits, examinations, and assessments of our compliance program and technology infrastructure, providing documentation, evidence, and assistance as needed.
