**Position Highlights:**

* Providing full spectrum Family/Internal Medicine & Adult Primary Care, focusing on value-based care, and supported by a robust team of specialists.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Unrestricted medical license in the State of New Jersey or has New Jersey medical license application in process. \* Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine. \* Active and unrestricted DEA License (or ability to obtain prior to start). \* Active New Jersey CDS license (or ability to obtain prior to start). \* Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain prior to start). \* Bilingual Spanish language skills highly preferred (but not required).**New Jersey Residents Only**: The salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
