SUMMARY

A Barback assists the Managers, Bartenders & Porters in the Beer Hall, Rec Deck & Tours Tasting Room and are valuable contributors to a quality guest experience. They are responsible for maintaining a clean, organized and well-stocked bar and clean guest spaces, ensuring that we are running efficiently.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all bars are well stocked with clean glassware, bottled beer and other supplies

Change kegs & maintain cooler to set cleaning standards

Wash all glassware

Bus tables, picking up empty glasses, bottles and disposing of food waste

Wipe down tables and bar tops

Stock recycling station with clean rags and sanitizer

Clean and empty recycling station units

Be friendly and have professional interactions with guests

Maintain a clean and organized bar, dish pit, recycling stations & waste not corral

Follow all opening and closing instructions

Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Perform weekly or monthly cleaning duties as assigned by managers

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
