Job Description

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.

Team Leadership and Management:

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and professional development opportunities.Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.Oversee the negotiation of contracts and close sales deals.Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.

Financial and Operational Management:

Market and Product Knowledge:

The Successful Applicant

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the structural steel or construction materials industry.Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to travel as required.Self-motivated and results-oriented.High level of integrity and professionalism.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong organizational and time management skills.Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
