You will perform ongoing assessments of the patient's response to treatments, while developing and reviewing release plans for successful community returns or justification for continued-inpatient services. Serving patients from across Western Washington is challenging and meaningful work. With year-round outdoor activities and a myriad of cultural events, it is possible to maintain a healthy work-life balance in the city of Tacoma, Washington.

  • Compensation is $293,542 per year
  • The compensation amount listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

    Western State Hospital is one of the largest inpatient psychiatric hospitals west of the Mississippi with more than 800 beds and 2,500 employees.
