Job Description

Handling day-to-day design, supplier, production, and customer quality issues related to production linesResolving non-conformances in the production process by identifying the root cause and implementing solutionsAssist with internal audits to help the company maintain ISO 13485 complianceLead internal IQ/OQ/PQ processAssisting with the application and monitoring of established inspection procedures and methodsLeveraging data findings to implement improvements in the processPreparing documentation for customers and suppliers pertaining to quality standardsReviewing manufacturing instructions for completeness, correctness, and comprehension by assembly personnelGenerating standards for suppliers and internal processes

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of quality engineering experienceBachelors degree in engineering or closely related fieldUnderstanding of Root Cause Analysis problem solving techniquesExperience with the IQ/OQ/PQ process heavily preferredStrong understanding of Lean/Six Sigma methodologiesExperience in Medical Device, Aerospace, or Automotive industries
