Overview:

Compensation:

$125,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Drive negotiations and finalize purchase contracts with homeowners.
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales strategies effectively.
  • Establish and oversee a growing pipeline through proactive prospecting.
  • Evaluate investment prospects for their feasibility.
  • Guide and support a team of high-achieving individuals.
  • Challenge conventions and surpass expectations consistently.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for this Sales Account Executive role at GG Homes in San Diego, CA.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience, with a preference for experience in real estate.
  • Being comfortable connecting with sellers over the phone is essential for success in this position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must-have for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting is required for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to navigate complex sales scenarios effectively.
  • We are looking for a creative and innovative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • The candidate should demonstrate the ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Bonus: Previous experience in the real estate industry will be advantageous for applicants.
