SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Facility Department for a 12-week summer internship. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the operational aspects of a global semiconductor company, contributing to the efficient management of our facilities and assets.
WHAT YOU"LL DO
- Participate in a comprehensive inventory of facility assets, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules for facility equipment.
- Collaborate with facility team members on various projects related to improving facility operations and efficiency.
- Contribute to the management and maintenance of facility databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Learn about Allegro’s commitment to environmental sustainability and support related initiatives within the facility.
- Perform various maintenance activities as required to support the maintenance team and facility operations.
ESSENTIAL REQUIRMENTS
- Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and database management tools.
A genuine interest in facilities management and a willingness to learn
