Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Analyst I, you will be part of the ePlus Finance team, responsible for collecting vendor and customer payments. YOUR IMPACT

The essential functions of this position include:

  • Ownership of a portfolio of customers resolving all issues from shipment to final disposition and payment of product.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to resolve pricing discrepancies, shipment errors, return merchandise credits and PO issues.
  • Contacting the customer through phone and email to resolve past due invoices, short payments, tax and receiving issues.
  • Monitoring of portfolio to anticipate payment issues.
  • Reconciliation of account payment histories.
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly Ghost card travel report to verify that transactions are accurate.
  • Perform account reconciliations and analyses of financial information.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Develop, document and maintain practices and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Customer service or call center background a plus
  • Experience with leasing a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to set goals and work independently
POSITION SPECIFICS

The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $21.63 and $26.44 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
