Location: The location for this position will be based out of East Hanover, NJ and follow a hybrid working model. 

What you will be doing:

  • Work with IMUS Legal Head to leverage team strategically for information and knowledge sharing, decision making and issues identification and drive longer term strategic planning and shorter term annual objective-setting and planning process, including measurement and tracking
  • Contribute to identifying, activating, and tracking impact of IMUS Legal priorities and strategic plan
  • Serve as active member of functional leadership team: proactively anticipating emerging topics of interest, organizing agendas, preparing talking points/presentations/pre-reads, aligning discussions to priorities, ensuring decisions are documented and strategic issues are actioned and timely follow-up on all action items
  • Track internal and external trends as it relates to emerging risks and trends
  • Develop and maintain function governance, charters, processes and protocols, identifying potential process improvements
  • Cultivate an inclusive environment for function associates that emphasizes personal growth and professional development, including DE&I efforts and CLE
  • Lead planning and execution of function meetings, town halls and other community forums
  • Manage IMUS Legal budget, including ongoing coordination with Finance team
  • Collaborate with peers on the IMUS Strategic Assistant’s team and S&L Strategic Assistants team to engage in knowledge and information sharing, identify common priorities and drive US and global agenda

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 5+ years’ experience working with pharmaceutical, medical device or biotech companies or healthcare adjacent companies (i.e. consulting) in relevant role is required
  • Demonstrated strong project management experience, and execution and driving results/impact with excellence is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills is required
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to generate insights and develop relevant action plans is required
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines is required
  • Prior experience with financial and budget management is preferred.
  • Digital & Technology Savvy is required
