Position Overview
This position provides critical support for the Men's and Women's Fashion PR teams including - but not limited to - coordination of global samples and editorial requests, placing seasonal sample orders, maintaining PR sample closet, news and fashion credit monitoring, gifting, supporting with presentations, creating & updating documents, and communicating with a host of internal colleagues & external partners. This position also supports the Fashion PR team on various press initiatives as needed including but not limited to press reporting and recapping, drafting key press materials, news monitoring and event support. The position resides within a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and organization are critical to success.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Assist Women's and Men's PR teams to coordinate global PR editorial sample requests; including but not limited to: pulling samples from various teams / office locations, communicate professionally and swiftly to both external and internal teams, maintaining itemized send out history, ensure timely and full returns, track and communicate exclusivity as needed.
* Place Women's seasonal sample orders, work with merchandising to select key seasonal pieces and ensure timely delivery of samples.
* RL News - working with PR and Corporate Communications team on credits to enter into daily news brief each morning.
* Archiving press clips and create editorial placement reports for US Women's Fashion, combine and maintain global reports on a monthly basis. Work on various brand initiative recaps.
* Achieve proficiency in various PR media monitoring platforms for recapping such as: Meltwater, Critical Mention, MuckRack, Lefty.
* Participating in seasonal brand line reviews, taking notes on new launches or priorities, archiving relevant merchandising information and documents.
* Maintaining PR Team contact excel and making updates as needed.
* Assist in monthly expense reports and travel booking for Head of Fashion PR as needed.
* Gifting - Help prepare and track editor gifts, maintain knowledge of competitor gifting landscape to contribute to creative brainstorming for new initiatives and launches.
* Oversee monthly order of Fashion PR Magazines for Men's and Women's; tag all editorial credits within. Work with Brand PR Assistant to appropriately archive and distribute to leadership as needed.
* Maintain organized PR closets and ensure seasonal archiving of samples.
* Begin to cultivate and build editor relationships.
* Staff PR team events such as Fashion Shows, Press Days, Store Events, etc.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Position Requirements:
* Previous experience in PR and/or fashion is preferred
* Social Media skills required
* Available to work weeknights and weekends for notable VIP events and company events
* Bachelor's degree Knowledge and Skills:
* Appreciation and understanding of the luxury fashion industry
* Clear and strategic thinker who executes tasks with composure in an organized manner
* Strong sense of industry, celebrity, and style knowledge
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Highly organized, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong writing and verbal skills
* Proficiency with computer programs and skills especially with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets
