Wells Fargo is seeking multiple Fiduciary Specialists as part of the Security Movement and Control and Funding groups within Wealth and Investment Management Operations. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com .

The Security Movement and Control Group is responsible for processing distributions to include Gifting for trust accounts. This team receive requests for asset level coding and maintenance. This group also works to move assets to and from investment accounts.

The Funding Team is responsible for funding new trust accounts, as well as, processing additional funding for existing trust accounts. Responsibilities include initiating the transfer, following up with the institution to make sure the assets move timely and reconciling the assets once they arrive.

In this role, you will:

Provide support to internal and external customers in account management, operations, documentation, and technical supportReview basic or tactical customer issues regarding products and services, account questions, or account transactions with narrower impactAdminister client accounts in order to create, expand, and serve relationshipsReview and analyze probate and administrative trust portfolios that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverablesSet up, administer, terminate and distribute complex accounts of all typesReceive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of the related policies, procedures, or compliance requirementsProcesses internal transfer movement requests using SAM toolCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsAct as a primary support person for the internal partnersProvide information to managers as well as internal and external customers to resolve client issuesWorks closely with the client onboarding team and relationship team to fund new and existing trust accountsRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Fiduciary Products experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:1+ year of brokerage and/or securities operations experience1+ year of asset movement experienceDemonstrated knowledge of ACAT transfersStrong attention to detail and accuracy skills and solid problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently, proactively, and innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgmentCustomer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutionsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEffective organization, multitasking, and prioritizing skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsJob Expectations:Ability to work a hybrid scheduleWillingness to work on-site at stated location on the job openingThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipPosting Locations:Charlotte, North CarolinaPosting End Date:
