Job Description

The HR Content and Documentation Leader will be responsible for management of global HR Portal employee facing content as well as back-end documentation supporting all pillars of HRConnect Operations. This role will have a strong partnership with all content stakeholders, HR Communications and supporting technologies teams to ensure all content and portal expectations are exceeded. In addition, this role will be heavily involved in all case management and knowledge management activities to ensure the Customer Experience teams have the most robust platform to use to track and serve all customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own global back-end documentation governance process for all HRConnect, including documentation quality and relevance.
  • Lead effort to gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and create/update back-end documentation for the HRConnect Team.
  • Assess global and regional impact on back-office documentation for any process or program changes. Assist with providing content for training materials as needed.
  • Manage all regional and global employees facing content activities to ensure compliance with local regulations. Ensure continuity of content information and documentation materials for HRConnect Team.
  • Partner closely with HR Communications and global/regional knowledge approvers to ensure all content is created and/or updated in a timely and accurate manor to meet the needs of all content campaigns and stakeholders
  • Identify areas to streamline and optimize processes. Identify opportunities for the support channels and portal functionality to engage with target audiences, both proactively and reactively
  • Oversee and partner closely with BTS to conduct tests and manage all new releases of the technology platform before implementing in the HRConnect production environment
  • Oversee all case management and knowledge management activities within HRConnect
  • Oversee all content reviews and approvals done by Regional Knowledge Leaders
  • Expert of knowledge management systems and portal used to publish content and provide expertise on tool use and application to drive continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
  • Establishes and maintains strong partnerships with BTS, business functions and external partner.

    Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)
    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Public Relations, Management, Business Administration, English or related field required.
    • 10 years of work experience; Prefer experience as an effective documentation specialist and/or content portal administrator
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and ability to conceptualize the organization and planning of projects.
    • Experience with project management, digital tools, and phases of the project lifecycle preferred.
    • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and have strong interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge and/or experience with HR Service center a plus
