The Role

The Marketing Project Manager role will support marketing and communications efforts through managing the flow of work, project schedules, managing deadlines, as well as ensuring what comes through the gate is on-brand and to our high-standard. You are an organizer-in-chief and can effectively keep track of multiple projects, coordinate with project leads, and maintain close communications with the cross-functional team. You will develop comprehensive project plans and lead an effective process for briefs, concepting, reviews, approvals, and campaign delivery. Many projects will have a short life cycle, so being able to work well under tight deadlines is a must as well as being able to manage/juggle shifting priorities. We're looking for someone who has previously managed creative projects and has experience working on a variety of project types such as digital campaigns, social, email, videos, presentations, etc.

This role will support across all marketing (product marketing, industry marketing, demand and digital marketing, strategic internal and external communications, brand marketing, and marketing operations). You will roll up your sleeves and get right to work ensuring all work is organized, on-time, and delivered to spec.

The Marketing Manager will work to increase revenue and asset values through the creation of original marketing content designed to enhance Caliber’s overall brand in the marketplace. This is a critical role that will help us accelerate and build momentum to create a high-performance team.

Responsibilities for this Role:

  • Facilitate marketing projects through all stages of development, from opening the job request to building and assigning tasks.
  • Manage project traffic, directing workflow to and from copy, design, and project management teams, ensuring deadlines are met on time and on brand. Track and disseminate concise, deadline-driven information to key stakeholders in the organization.
  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing
  • Coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral
  • Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports

Ideal Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • 3-7 years of experience in Marketing
  • Must have experience in the following programs: Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint. Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and Hubspot would also be extremely helpful.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct market analysis, including researching target markets, competitors, legal and finance. Work with executive and sales team around strategic customer account development
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing
  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Must have a high level of creativity, flexibility, agility, and an excellent attitude
  • This position works from the office full time
  • Individual must be able to lift and carry 20+ lbs. and have the stamina for events that might turn into 12- hour days.
  • Experience in a corporate or agency environment is a must.

Company Bonus Compensation – Team member is eligible for deferred compensation program which provides for an annual bonus, based on performance of up to 12% of Base Compensation. The bonus is payable from company cash flow once annualized cash flow exceeds $1,000,000.

Stock-Based Compensation – Team member is eligible for shares of CaliberCos Inc. incentive stock options priced at the most recent 409a valuation price. The shares vest over four years – refer to the incentive stock option plan for further details.
