Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer II at our facility in Boston, MA to design, develop, implement, test, document, and operate large-scale, high-volume, high-performance data models, reports/dashboards/BI solutions for analytics.

 

What Youâll Do: 

  • Implement data ingestion routines both real time and batch using best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes.
  • Provide on-line reporting and analysis using business intelligence tools and a logical abstraction layer against large, multi-dimensional datasets and multiple sources.
  • Gather business and functional requirements and translate these requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions that work well within the overall data architecture.
  • Produce comprehensive, usable data set documentation, metadata, BI reports, Dashboards and insights.
  • Approximately 4% domestic travel required.

 

What Youâll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or related field and 3 years of experience.
  • Will also accept a Masterâs degree and 1 year of experience.
  • Experience must include 1 year with: Microsoft Excel (advanced macros);
  • Knowledge of Database technologies (Vertica, SQL Server, Snowflake);
  • Tableau/Power BI, and Python scripting.
  • Approximately 4% domestic travel required
