Hello

I have a very small agency in need of some help. We've got a growing book of business and we mostly do email marketing for DTC e-commerce brands. In general, I need some support managing projects along with general administrative duties (data entry, organization, etc). This may include:

- Data entry and account organization
- Email and flow assembly (Klaviyo)
- Email and flow QA, testing (Klaviyo)
- Project management, staying in front of deadlines. We use Trello.
- Set up A/B tests and other testing (Klaviyo)
- Onboarding and reporting, tagging setup
- Reporting setup
- And more.

From you I'm looking for:

- Some relevant work experience. Preferably an 'office' job...but it doesn't have to be
- General tech savvy
- Meticulous and double checks work
- Asks questions when unsure
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- "Get it done" attitude and self reliance
- Curiosity + a willingness to learn and apply
- Comfortability around clients
- An interest in marketing and/or marketing operations
- Generally available during PST.
- Not required, but Klaviyo experience is a strong preference
- Not required, but other experience using MarTech is a preference
