Reporting to the Chief Program Officer (CPO), the Director of Family and Child Care Provider Services to develop, lead, and manage all functions and activities of parent, child care provider, and community services programs. You will identify, leverage, develop, and implement new program opportunities. You must have a mission-driven approach and will to apply change, risk, and resource management principles as needed.

To be successful, you should have:

Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, related human services field, or Public Administration; coursework in administration, advocacy, and communications preferred.5+ years of supervisory and administrative experience, with 3+ years in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.Experience with government funding sources and established relationships with community and industry professionals preferred.

Your key responsibilities as theDirector, Family And Child Care Provider Services will include:

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a management team, aligning with the agency's core values.Strategic Collaboration: Work with the CPO and Leadership Team to operationalize the strategic plan and set program goals.Program Evaluation: Devise and implement evaluation strategies to monitor and improve program performance and effectiveness.Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, funder, and internal policy requirements; develop and manage program policies and procedures.Budget and Sustainability: Participate in budget development and tracking; develop criteria for program sustainability.Community Engagement: Represent the agency in the community, build partnerships, and participate in fund development activities.
