• Manage store, restaurant, and tire care operations.• Ensure team focuses on the customer.• Promote sales growth through merchandise execution.• Train and develop team members.• Effect and analyze budgets and P&L statements.• Supervise and train 5-10 employees.• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
• 2 or more years of retail management experience.• 2 or more years of experience managing operations with sales volume of $2 Million +.• 2 or more years of experience with budgets and P&L statements.• 2 or more years of experience supervising and training employees.• Valid Driver License.• Intermediate level computer skills with Microsoft Office.• Background check and drug screen may be required.• Ability to travel.
