Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers regarding payment-related inquiries, including but not limited to billing, account balances, payment methods, transaction status, and payment processing.
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using designated payment systems or platforms, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing errors, and payment disputes in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat) to address payment-related concerns, provide payment reminders, and offer solutions to facilitate successful payment transactions.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions, payment transactions, and resolutions in the company's database or CRM system.
  • Educate customers on payment options, payment terms, late fees, and any applicable penalties, ensuring clarity and understanding to promote compliance and timely payments.
