**Qualifications:**






* Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine
* Completion of residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Active medical license in the state of South Carolina or ability to obtain one

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
