- Day coverage only 7a-7p (Nights currently covered by locums - recruiting providers to cover nights - the ICU only recently became a closed ICU)
- Less acute at this location
- ICU capacity 24 beds - covered by 1 physician and 1 AP on days; providers do admit to ICU
- Current capacity 16 beds because of nursing staffing
- Weekend coverage is 1:4-5 weeks
Schedule:
- 1 week / month ICU
- 1 week / month pulmonary consults
- 2 weeks / month in office (if BC in Sleep, one day / week will be in the Sleep Center)
Benefits:
- 1 year IG plus RVU
- 400-425 DOE
- Avg total compensation of providers on RVU based compensation is 525k
