We are looking for an Office Administrator to handle general day to day tasks, customer service and communications, accounts payable/receivable, maintaining certifications, insurance, organization, and any other requirements pertaining to the position and smooth running of the business.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience in an administrative position and with Excel, Quickbooks software etc.
We are a small, family and minority-owned Roofing Company operating since 2005. We began doing Residential Roofing only and have expanded to Commercial Roofing a few years ago, which has now become the majority of the work we do. We are seeking someone who would be excited to be a part of this continuous growth and help maneuver the many requirements and attention to detail these large commercial jobs require.
