Are you an Information Technology Leader with experience delivering enterprise-class applications and services?
 
In this role, you'll actively participate in the hiring process, mentor and guide staff growth, and ensure work assignments are consistent with staff development plans and project needs. In addition, you'll make contributions to the group in the areas of Storage Management, File Services, Private Cloud, Server Virtualization, and/or VDI. Finally, you will have strategic and operational responsibility for the file services area, including user home directories, Enterprise Box tenant, and Enterprise Data Backup.

Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of related professional work experience
Have 3+ years prior supervisory experience mentoring IT technical professional staff and/or Project Leadership experience for a project of greater than 5 participants
Demonstrated ability to independently resolve complex problems using current job knowledge, research data, and external resources
Strong written and oral presentation skills, which will be used to document analysis and present technical details to a diverse audience
Able to interface well with all levels of staff
Are willing and able to occasionally work on Saturday morning and weekday evening hours to support maintenance activities
Are able to obtain a Secret level security clearance. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level with consideration for internal parity. APL may offer bonuses or other forms of compensation per internal policy and/or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be provided in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, locality allowance or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
